Kearney & Company Named a 2019 Dayton Business Journal “Best Places to Work” Honoreee

Press Release: Kearney & Company named a 2019 Dayton Business Journal “Best Places to Work” Honoree

Dayton, OH – February 15, 2019 – Kearney & Company, P.C. has named one of the Best Places to Work by the Dayton Business Journal.  This is the 15th annual Best Places to Work Awards by the Dayton Business Journal.  Every year the DBJ divides the honorees into four categories including: Micro (10 to 24 employees), Small (25 to 49 employees), Medium (50 to 199 employees) or Large (200 or more employees). 

To determine the honorees, the DBJ used Quantum Research to survey employees of nominated companies on staff engagement, team effectiveness, manager effectiveness and other workplace best-practices. The results of the employee surveys are then tallied and the companies are ranked from highest score to lowest within each size category.
