Kearney & Company Named a 2020 Dayton Business Journal “Best Places to Work” Honoreee

This is the second consecutive year that Kearney & Company has been recognized as one of the “Best Places to Work” by the Dayton Business Journal

Press Release: Kearney & Company named a 2020 Dayton Business Journal “Best Places to Work” Honoree

Dayton, OH – February 11, 2020 – For the second consecutive year Kearney & Company, P.C. has been named one of the Best Places to Work by the Dayton Business Journal.  This is the 16th annual Best Places to Work Awards by the Dayton Business Journal.  Every year the DBJ divides the honorees into four categories including: Micro (10 to 24 employees), Small (25 to 49 employees), Medium (50 to 199 employees) or Large (200 or more employees). 

To determine the honorees, the DBJ used Quantum Research to survey employees of nominated companies on staff engagement, team effectiveness, manager effectiveness and other workplace best-practices. The results of the employee surveys are then tallied and the companies are ranked from highest score to lowest within each size category.

“As Kearney continues to grow, our goals to both preserve our unique company culture and maintain the standard of excellence as a Best Place to Work remain at the forefront of our business,” said COO Brian Kearney.  “So we thank our Dayton based team for so valiantly and successfully carrying out this mission.  Our Dayton team optimizes Kearney excellence and we are grateful for their contributions to our company and the United States Air force.”

This year, companies will be recognized Thursday, March 21st at 5:30 p.m. at Sinclair Community College Great Hall.
