Alexandria, VA – March 15, 2018 – In a new partnership with George Mason University (GMU), Kearney & Company, P.C. (Kearney) is donating $300,000 to the GMU School of Business to support the school’s Government Contracting Initiative.

Kearney is proud to be a community partner of GMU and help continue build a pipeline of talented students through the Government Accounting Certificate program and academic scholarships.

“We feel that when you’re put in a position to help someone, you should,” said Kearney’s Chief Operating Officer Brian Kearney. “Through this partnership with Mason, we will be helping the next generation of business students to succeed.”

Funds from the six-year commitment with GMU will be used to not only establish the new graduate certificate program, the Government Accounting Certificate, but also prepare Mason students for a variety of management roles in serving and consulting for Government agencies.
