Client Success

Our client tasked us with providing a monthly three-way reconciliation to ensure that transactions authorized in the travel management system were in line with the credit card transaction system and the accounting system. The manual process was replaced with Kearney’s RPA solution, realizing a savings of over 400 hours to perform the reconciliation. Additionally, the increased capacity introduced via the automation has allowed for the introduction of advanced analytics that have enabled our client to better identify potential violations in policies.
