Combating Trafficking in Persons (CTIP)
In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.222-50, Kearney supports combatting trafficking in persons. We strive to foster a culture of respect for all. Trafficking-related activities, such as engaging in severe forms of trafficking in persons, procuring commercial sex acts, or using forced labor, are prohibited. Kearney team members and any individual authorized to act on behalf of Kearney must report prohibited activities to Kearney’s Ethics Officer Erin Ogburn or to the Global Human Trafficking Hotline. Violators will face sanctions appropriate with the level of infraction, up to and including termination of employment and criminal prosecution.
