ALEXANDRIA, Va. – Sept. 17, 2024 – Kearney & Company, a premier audit, consulting, and technology firm focused on the government, was recognized as one of 2024’s Best Places to Work by the Dayton Business Journal. In the sixth consecutive year Kearney has been included on the list, the firm ranked fifth in the small business category.
Once nominated, eligible businesses participate in anonymous engagement surveys conducted by Quantum Workplace. Topics covered include staff engagement, team dynamics, manager effectiveness, trust in leadership, and other workplace best practices. Best Place to Work honorees are then selected based on team member responses.
