This year, Kearney ranked second in the large firm category, which includes firms with 250 or more team members.
The best accounting employers are determined through a two-part process. First, Best Companies Group evaluates each participating firm’s workplace policies, practices, and demographics. Additionally, team members are surveyed about their workplace experiences. Responses to the team member survey account for 75% of each firm’s evaluation.
